We are Diversified Social Adult Day Care!

Diversified Social Adult Day Care provides organized, supportive social activities to meet the needs of Woodhaven residents in a place other than adult's own home.

Our goal is to provide a safe environment and therapeutic activities aimed at helping participant's achieve optimal physical and mental/cognitive functioning. We are here to improve the quality of life for older adults by reducing social isolation, and increasing social community engagement while promoting health, independence, dignity and quality of life. 

We offer flexible scheduling and full or part time enrollment. Our commitment to caring ensures all participants are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve. Our knowledgeable staff including a social worker, activity director and recreation can help you and your loved one make the transition to adult day services. They will also help you access other resources in the community.
